What you can do#

Requirements#

• Game Boy Advance with an OEM GBA link cable (required for cart access)
• GB or GBC cartridge inserted in the GBA
• GB-Link adapter
• Chrome or Firefox

How to use#

1. Insert the GB/GBC cartridge into your GBA.
2. Open cartdoctor.gblink.io and connect your adapter.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to dump or restore data.

Tips#

• Back up saves from old cartridges before the battery dies — lost saves cannot be recovered.
• An OEM GBA is required; this tool uses the GBA’s hardware to read GB/GBC carts.
• Store backups in a safe location (cloud storage, external drive).
